Broomhall Cricket Club 1st XI v Peebles County on Sat 24 Jul 2010 at 13:00
Match was Abandoned due to rain.
Match report
After losing the toss on a dodgy pitch, Broomhall were put into bat and scored 237, largely set up by a 160 run partnership between Jamie Bell (116) and Gary Seath (51). A late collapse restricted Broomhall under 250, but a great score in the conditions.
Unfortunately rain interrupted a promising start to Broomhall's bowlers, having Peebles 9 for 1 off 5 overs. Match was abandoned, costing Broomhall a likely win.
